Corentin Burnay


Corentin holds the Research Fellow (Aspirant) position with the Belgian national research fund (Fonds de la Recherche Scientifique – FNRS, Brussels). He is currently completing a PhD at the University of Namur. His research focuses on the empirical study of decision making, human reasoning process and non-monotonic reasoning in the context of requirements engineering and information elicitation. He is also particularly interested in management topics like Business Intelligence, Big Data and their links with corporate IT strategy. Corentin has published over ten research papers within the fields of requirements engineering and information systems. He is the recipient of the distinguished paper award from CAiSE 2014, and the organizer of the international MORE-BI workshop(held at ER-Conceptual Modeling) since 2015.
